In addition to a broad range of database support, B Green Innovations IVR provides a speech recognition engine that allows callers to speak responses to the IVR system. In addition, B Green Innovations IVR provides clear, accurate text-to-speech for reading information back to the caller in real-time.

B Green Innovations IVR provides a software development toolkit, complete with a graphical user interface, providing 32-bit interactive voice response capabilities for the Windows 2000 platform. All applications are built using a fast, efficient drag and drop system.

The Command Blocks Palette allows you to click on any command block and drop it into the simple to use, graphical interface of IVR. Each command block is completely customizable and arranged in groups by the function each will perform: VoiceMail functions, Database Functions, Date and Time functions, Text File functions, String functions, and finally other usefull functions.

 

The IVR Application Toolkit allows you to design custom applications. Each Command Block has its own properties that gives you more flexibility than our competition allows you. Each command block can be given its own "Label" so that you can reference the results of a command line in other command blocks, making IVR the easiest and most advanced way to design your own voice applications.

B Green Innovations IVR uses a unique drag and drop interface to allow the most flexible and simple design interface. There are over 40 command blocks that combined, allow your application to perform virtually any task. Each command block also has several customizable parameters that can be used to further enhance the performance of your application.

Overview


B Green Innovations IVR functionality links a phone system to a database to provide customers with 24-hour immediate access to account information, via telephone. With B Green Innovations IVR, polished IVR applications are quick and easy to install. No knowledge of computer programming and minimal database knowledge is needed. Simply assign field types to data fields number, money, date or time -and build prompts on-screen, and B Green Innovations IVR will read information to callers at their request. Up to 10 data fields are possible for each category. For example, a bank could make up to 10 data fields available for a caller's checking account, 10 data fields for his or her savings account, and so on. To ensure security, B Green Innovations IVR can be set up to allow the caller access to account information only if the caller enters a valid account number and corresponding personal identification number.



B Green Innovations IVR is an application generator that allows full connectivity to the most popular databases including Microsoft Access, SQL, ODBC, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Fox Pro, DBase, Btrieve, Paradox or standard text files. B Green Innovations IVR can be used to read information from, and write information to, databases, as well as query databases and return information. B Green Innovations IVR performs over 40 different, customizable commands. Properties can be set up for each command, as if the commands were being executed manually.



B Green Innovations IVR applications are not stand-alone applications. They are executed inside of a system's mailbox. B Green Innovations IVR supports T1, E1, ISDN, DID, and analog interfaces. Callers can dial into an application directly, or into the system and then select an application. B Green Innovations IVR runs on TAPI WAV and Dialogic (digital and analog) boards.



B Green Innovations IVR will execute any created application when a caller dials in. B Green Innovations IVR allows callers to interact with the system through both human speech and DTMF. Advanced database technology permits reading, writing, appending, searching and seeking database information. Product inventory can be recorded, games set up, a record can be kept of patients or customers as well as limitless other applications. The advanced, innovative technology, backed by a simple, easy-to-use drag and drop interface, makes writing applications simple.
